Hello everyone, Does anyone know the number to gm customer service or a representative. I wanted to talk to them about my back doors not locking in a barely three year old car.

Really? Are you serious? Is the place you bought your car out of business or something?

1-800-222-1020, I really don't know why you couldn't look the phone # up as you have the Internet.

Thought someone knew a number in which they got a response from gm so that I wouldn't be gettting the run around from number to number. Thanks anyway!

Over 50000 miles out of warranty would have to pay around 600 for both back locks.Dearlership stated that they would do 50/50.

Crap that sucks Roz, Maybe take a moment and look @ this thread:

http://www.chevymalibuforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2365

Look at page 3, post 23. Starship provided some good images on how get in the doors he also provided a link to DrivenDaily's post on how to remove the door panels. I didn't look further in the thread posted above but should you attempt to fix the problem yourself to save some money, the info to help you fix the problem on your own may or may not reside in there.

Nice, looks like you didn't need the customer service number after all. :)

Hi Michelle, I got the run around from the dealership and gm representatives. the service manager told them that I had never been there that often and they couldn't do anything with the rear door locks with the car being 52000 miles on it. I am very mad and disappointed with the service of both dealership and the gm representative. After I wasted my time letting them check the car and nothing being done about it. I have been to the dealership plenty of times with this car and my older buick:mad:
