Really? Are you serious? Is the place you bought your car out of business or something?

1-800-222-1020, I really don't know why you couldn't look the phone # up as you have the Internet.
Well I'm not fimiliar with this lock problem. But if their is a TSB out for this, I don't know why you would be getting a run around? Hope it gets fixed up for you.
Over 50000 miles out of warranty would have to pay around 600 for both back locks.Dearlership stated that they would do 50/50.
Crap that sucks Roz, Maybe take a moment and look @ this thread:

Look at page 3, post 23. Starship provided some good images on how get in the doors he also provided a link to DrivenDaily's post on how to remove the door panels. I didn't look further in the thread posted above but should you attempt to fix the problem yourself to save some money, the info to help you fix the problem on your own may or may not reside in there.
Roz1234,

I am a Chevrolet Customer Service agent. I would be happy to know all the details that you have gone through with your back door lock situation.

If you feel more comfortable, you can private message with the information.

Sincerely,
Michelle P., Chevrolet Customer Service
Nice, looks like you didn't need the customer service number after all. :)
