Just joined this sight today. I have been a long time Chevy fan growing up all i drove was Chevys. My first car was a 70 Chevelle malibu with the old 307 spitfire which my brother modified nicely when i was 17. Until i bought my Malibu i owned a Charger for about 3 years. Then i had a child and need to be a bit more conservative so i got the 2010 Malibu 2LT. I love it. my Future father inlaw had one in that burgandy color and it grew on me. I will be hoping to mod my ride soon all i got now is a K&N air filter with the stock box. sounds a little better but i am still in the hunt fo an Exghaust system. May have to modify a system do to the lack of info i am getting. well ill be seeing u all on the sites soon still going threw posts to see if i can find anything about modification. :D

Welcome to CMF!

As of right now there is no cat back exhaust for the malibu, but there are a few members who have modified their exhaust and have posted threads about it. I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Just be careful though, once you start modding it is hard to stop:D.

Welcome Chevy fan! As stated previously there are a few members on here who have modified their exhausts and have pics with info about them. I keep hearing magnaflow with have a cat-back exhaust, but it's starting to look like it'll never come out. Btw, isn't that K&N filter oil based? I hear good and bad with the bad mostly associated with users applying too much oil to it.
