Just got an 08 LTZ. Trying to put a sub in the back and I can't find a way through the fire wall. Really trying to avoid drilling a hole. Any help??
I had wires ran thru my car...I'll have a look when it's light out tomorrow.

I would go where the hood release cable crosses the firewall

I typically go through the grommet where the engine harness goes through. That way no water can leak in. Use a razor blade, cut a small slit through the grommet and push the wire through. Then when you are done hiding it, put electrical tape around it *neatly* to insure that water could not possibly leak in.

I have done many many sound systems. It all varies depending on the car. Sometimes it's easier to run it from the inside to the engine bay and sometimes it's easier to run it from the engine bay to the cabin.

you have to remove the bottom piece of plastic on the underside of the dash (two screws) then look for the wiring harness, thats were you can run it through just pull up the rubber mat push wire through with a coat hangar and cut the rubber grommet and put the wire in the grommet the put everything back in place.
