like the title says I was considering what the cheapest and easiest mod I can start with on my Bu and I came up with painting the bowties. Now on my car the color is silver and both bowties are surrounded my a chrome stripe that goes all the way across the front and back so I am not really leaning towards a body color match. So I decided to poll you guys and see what you think will look decent and make the car different and not be ugly when it's done.

I'd start with a good detail.

Then I'd do tint.
The car does need a good detail but then again it also needs a good bath LOL
I have also thought about removing the emblems and chrome door handle covers. What is the best method to remove all the lettering and the adhesive that is used?

PTM (paint to match) those bowties! Yea with the chrome surrounding them they might not stand out much but for someone who has attention to detail they will tell right off the bat. Debadging isn't all that hard, I used GooGone and a plastic spatula to remove them. Just be careful not to get that stuff on any plastic parts, it will ruin the plastic. Once they are off use some rubbing compound in that general area to remove any signs they were there and your done!
