Hey guys!

just was woundering if anybody ever removed pin striping on their car. dont know if i really like it on the the bu. but dont wanna scratch the paint. any solution i could get that would make it come off easy. also when i bought the car it had the sun roof visor on and one side is starting to come up so thinking of taking that off to but it looks like its stuck on with 2 sided sticky tape. any ideas for removing that.

I have used an eraser wheel for many things from emblems to body side molding on my personal vehicle and customer vehicles with no problems at all. It makes things quick and easy instead of scraping with a plastic razor blade while heating with a heat gun. Just make sure the car is clean before using one and there won't be any scratches. There are videos online on how to use it if you decide to try one. I bought mine at a local carquest for $12 and it will do the whole car and then many others if needed.

There is always the goo gone method of adhesive removal, but it takes much longer.

Is it the sticker pin stripping? If so, a hair dryer and wax will do the trick.

Mine pulled right off just using my finger nail. It took a couple of hours and probably wasn't the fastest way, but it got the job done.

3M sells some striping and decal remover products. I've always used a hair dryer to take off my adhesive products.

thanks for the feedback i think i will try out the eraser.
