Have a 2019 Malibu LT. Working with the Infotainment system and reading/ watching stuff on it. All pics of the screen show a User, Climate and some have Apps and Projection. Wondering why my system doesn't have those. Would like to be able to setup user profiles and have the option to control climate and download apps from touchscreen.
Would a software update get me this? From what I understand an update has to be done from a dealer and it's about $180. Hate to spend that and get nothing.

Never got an answer. One dealership said you'd know if it get the apps/ features when they run an update. I don't like the idea of spending 160 or more for them to update the system to find out nothing changed. Not sure if it would upgrade or not.
