When I brake and start to go again the message pops up power steering low assistance or something like that. My car don't take fluid for steering so is it a battery if so which one???

Dealerships are unfortunately not the collection of knowledge you might expect and that has only grown worse with the increased complexity of cars. Last year when I dropped my wife's Cruze off for an oil change, the middle aged mechanic asked what I drove and he didn't know what a Chevy SS sedan was. Needless to say, I won't be taking my SS there for service.
