I’ve replaced my key fob battery 3 times. each time I replace it my car always says key fob battery low. Any ideas?

I would try a under hood battery disconnect, at least 15 min., this usually resets everything back to zero. If that doesn't work I would try cleaning the BCM connectors. Read the fretting corrosion sticky, lots of wacky things can happed from BCM connections.
