My 2018 1.5 Malibu has began to make a loud bass noise as well as beeping and also the interior and headlights flickering. This problem only happens in a dark area like my garage or at night time. Does anyone know the cause or solution to this?

Did you replace the stock interior lights with LED lights?

I'd would put a volt meter on the battery terminals with the headlights on and see if the charging voltage to the battery is varying and not steady.
May be a sign of alternator going bad.

I'd also wonder about the ambient light sensor. Might be flipping daytime and nighttime lights considering it only happens in the dark light at night or garage. But that doesn't explain the bass noise. That could be a different issue as the ANC issue is common on the 2018.
