Magnaflow has a kit for the 4 cyl and the 3.6L V-6.... no price on the website yet but its there..... be sure to keep checking up on the site to see a price when it comes out!

Well, it will probably be around $600-700 for a full system. Thats not that bad considering its stainless steel.

Your prob right about the price.... thats what I was figuring it would be..... But as for the sound, they dont have a sound clip on the site yet, along with pics of the kit.... just info that its gonna be in production..... but there is a vid on You tube of a 09 with a Magnaflow Muffler on it..... it sounds ok.... I guarantee the full kit will sound cleaner and louder!

Not good. V6's just don't sound good with free flowing mufflers IMO. I had the GT-R catback on my old GTP, dumped it on eBay after a week. I guess I am just to used to the V8 rumble on my other cars. I've never heard an American V6 with an exhaust that sounded good to me.

Not true. I had a Grand Am with a 3400 and had done a resonator delete and a Camaro/Firebird Magnaflow on it and it sounded great. No, it didnt have the V8 rumble but it sounded pretty good.

Compared to:

They are pretty close. Magnaflows are never loud but refined. If you get a loud muffler on a V6, thats when it sounds bad.

See, to me that doesn't sound good at all. Only American V6 I ever heard that sounded decent with an aftermarket exhaust was my old '87 GN.

One of the few who dont like it. It sounded good to pretty much everyone and I had at least one person a week ask me about it.

As far as american v6 goes the mustang sounds good with H=pipe with Flowmaster 40's its got a deep growl and hard to tell its a v6

I've heard that set-up, it is EASY to tell it's not a V8. IMO, it still doesn't sound "good".
