Malibu x - Mad Malibu

I had to replace the lifters and after putting everything back together I now have a Malibu that runs super rough like a bad timing issue. While I had it's chest open I installed new spark plugs, coil pack, and plug wires. I also replaced the injectors, and fuel pressure regulator. I don't think I cross plugged anything as the plugs are different pin configurations. I'm thinking I have a vacuum issue. I cleaned the MAF and added a new air filter. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.

What we take from this when we read it is "I just did a bunch of work on my car and now it runs really badly. What happened?"

Here are the only two things I can offer: 1. Did you use all OEM parts? The car hates cheaper aftermarket replacements. 2. If it's running that bad, it should be throwing codes. What are the codes?
