lmao the ride is still amazing tooEven though I wouldn't do that to my car, you've done a good job. And, man, I didn't know that they made rubber bands for tires, eh!Those are thiiin!
My old car had my biggest wheels ever (16") and "normal" tires - 225/65. When I put new tires on it the ride became an absolute dream. A year later my sister's Cadillac got the tires and I got my 'Bu. When I test drove 2 different ones I wasn't paying any attention to the sidewall of the tires and the ride never gave me any clues that I needed to check them. So now this car has my biggest wheels ever (18") and 50-series tires. Ride is every bit as good or better than my last car.lmao the ride is still amazing too245-30-22 Nexens
@SilverLTZ..I know but in my opinion to murder out a care you would black out everything possible. Yea my car started grey but I literally blacked out everything so it gets my vote lol
Nope, murdered out means NO chrome at all.So, I also learned a new term here. "Murdered out" is black black black. If I paint my wheels black (or really dark) and tint my lights then I guess mine would qualify?
appreciate the opinionTo go for the all black and grey look IMO you need at least twice as dark head lights and tails and that tint, just isnt dark. At least go 20%, that looks like 35% or 50% at best.
Just opinion though don't get upset, and the 22's I havnt ever been a fan of the more solid look rim, for a car I'd have to keep it with spokes.
Understandable, and yeah I need to paint my headlights too, were actually going for a very similar look. Heres my bu.appreciate the opinionand when i got pulled over the cop said my tint was 17 all around sooo IMO that's good for me. If it's super bright out it obviously looks a tad lighter. And Yea i was thinking of re doing my heads and tails except this time getting them painted because it looks 100x better. As far as my rims i love them and get compliments all the time from random people on how perfect the all black with chrome inserts goes with the blacked out theme of the car. Because i do have a few places on the car that are still chrome

good idea....I'll do that this weekend and post a new videoYou guys both need to paint your calipers black to help hide them.
i HAD a 13.5" JL W7 and 1000.1 but got rid of it all. Prolly saving up for a RE Audio 15" XXX
we took a sledgehammer to the springs and forced them more inside the wheel wells. And the rims are Helo's.What did you have to do to your car to get the 22's to fit? And, what kind of rims are those?
I hope your kidding.we took a sledgehammer to the springs and forced them more inside the wheel wells.
serious as a heart attack. I bought 245s found out they didn't fit stock so we had to improvise or i was out 600$. We only pushed them up IF a 1/4 inch. Stock they just sat on the tire and we all know that can't work. My ride is amazing tho ppl can't even tell i have rimsI hope your kidding.
Haha, I clearly remember him telling us that when he posted he was having issues with the fitment in that other thread. Hey.......it worked but who knows if it will lead to any problems in the future.I hope your kidding.
