I don't like your choice of rims, but most of you folks (implying older, not of my generation) seem to like [what are in my opinion] mismatching, "bling" rims.

Wondering why you have that uh, I don't know what you call them, but that plastic sticker line on the side if you know what I'm on about. Dunno if you added it or were planning to either leave it there or remove it.

Don't understand this board's obsession with painting the bowtie the same color as the body (I know a lot of people feel it's tacky - and I know the one you can see on the Camaro and Equinox looks better, but it fits the car. This car is about details, similarly to a Volkswagen, and if the logo, given its placement and shape is tempered with (talking primarily about color), it looks weird to me. It's as if you'd put the bowtie in the grille, Impala-style.

Any pictures of the interior/audio+nav mods?

I'd just like to make it clear to all the board members that I'm a taste sensitive guy that was initially planning to make a career in design. Good taste is apparently a virtue of mine and I show little appreciation for car modifications that are overdone or simply take the car out of its character. For instance, I think these rims would fit a larger car best - the 300 primarily comes to mind. But in the end, as long as YOU'RE happy, you don't have to care about what I say - I'm just going to be honest about what I like and what I don't.

That's all fine and dandy, but it's the way you say it that makes you come off as a rude kid to members. If you tone it down, you might make some friends here and learn some things, and get help when you need it. I see that you seem to be trying harder. Also, you say your into design, as I been for employed for 11 years in the field, so you should know that design is personal taste and not everyone has to like what you like.

Your 'Bu looks interesting. I actually like the wheels, and I don't usually like those kind. I'm not a fan of silver or gray cars (sorry all you guys with them), but what you've done with what you have looks good. If I owned the car in its present state I think all I would add to the exterior is a red line on the wheels and finish the chrome strip across the lower center grille like others have done. That's kinda what I'm planning to do with mine - paint the wheels a different color and add a red line to the rim, plus add the grille chrome strip.

To Aprime, I tend to agree with Silver above. The way you worded your comment, i.e.

infers a measure of disdain.

I believe that the

is actually the body-color door moulding.

I wonder where that data comes from. Is that your opinion or are there survey results you can refer to? Your opinion, if stated in a reasonably respectful way, will be accepted and respected as yours without having to explain it. You were brave to put it out there, and as you can see, we're gonna help you with our opinions as well. Don't stop posting, okay?

I think your done man, you've done just about all you can without going into major modding.Intake and exhaust may give the butt dyno a few HP. Maybe once you recover from the newest purchase you should look into an aftermarket suspension upgrade, if you plan to have it for a while it will definitely help avoid issues in the future.

The turn radius isnt to great i cant make great u turns lol.... but it works

and i deff plan on modding the suspension bcz i do plan on having this car a while

I don't see why people criticize about what people do to their cars everyone has their own style and a reason for why they bought what they did. I know for a fact when i bought my rims and tires I played a lot of factors as to why i bought them. Anyways, yeah i was curious about the turning radius because 22s are big. But people put 22s on a cobalt and have no radius. I personally like your rims and it flows with the car.

You are correct in that you express little appreciation....but defining yourself as a barometer of "good taste" displays a diminished sense of humility and reality. I'm thinking you need some real world experience before you judge everyone based on your "standards". Lots of selfless and enthusiastic folks here on the forum....join them and you might learn something! Cheers.

yea it sucks because out of the 4 books full of rims, 5 of them fit my car lol. I loved these though I was just going back and forth with chrome with black accents or black with chrome. Then i decided to black out my car so I ended up going with the blacks
