Like the title says I decided to get my first mods underway and I decided to start somewhere cheap so I went and got a clay bar kit and I have clay barred the entire car. Before I did that I took some fishing line (I found out that 20lb test worked nicely and removed most of the foam crap the lettering is mounted to) and de badged the rear of my car since that was the only place there were lettering or anything. Will post pictures later. Needed to come in out of the heat for a few minutes I'm actually not done wiht the clay bar yet and then I still have to wax it before I take pictures

did the fishing line leave any scratches?

I would like to see the area up close

always use to use goo-gone or preps-all in the hot sun and pull badges or side moldings up and buff with a magic-eraser and hit with compound and swirl remover and wax
