Hi everyone!
I have a 2020 and my radio started to freeze sometimes and wouldn’t respond to touch, only once in a while. Took it to the dealer and they said they tried to update it, it turned black, and now says “please calibrate”. I can’t use any functions, they said they’ll just install a new radio for me, problem is it’s been a month and the dealer is still waiting on the radio. Any idea of what i can do to fix?? My onstar buttons aren’t even working.

The replacement radio is probably affected by the chip shortage. This one makes me worry they aren't fixing the right problem. The message on the screen seems like an error message it might produce if it lost communication with a different module.

I'd call for an update. If they don't have a date for the replacement, I'd call Chevy at 800-222-1020 and tell them how long your Chevy Infotainment 3 has been busted. The car is missing features that could make it unsafe - no onstar and no backup camera. Focus on those.
