some chick rear ended me in her 2004 hummer h2...
i was sitting at a yield sign preparing to merge with traffic,... i noticed a spot was available for my taking... as i was preparing to take off someone switched lanes and took my spot and so i came to a stop and starting looking for another available spot. .... SMASH. next thing i notice im half way in the lane i was wanting to merge into and my face is numb. immediately i dialed 911... then i notice this 5'3" girl approaching my window, so i rolled it down and she says "are you ok" at that point i realize shes the driver of this HUGE h2. 5'3" and weighed probably 105lbs. -yes she was very attractive... nonetheless

Wow, dude! Sorry to hear about your accident! Were you injured at all? Other than the bumper cover, trunk lid, and your light, was there any other damage? Did your airbags deploy?

yeah everyone was fine, no airbags deployed... she has geico insurance and i have state farm. her insurance company is fighting having to pay for my car because of my tinted taillights. the police did NOT write me a ticket for my taillights, and on the police report is says "car 1 = did not contribute", "car 2 = contributed"... i was car 1 and she was in car 2. i dont understand??? i just want my car to be repaired and fixed. that is ALL.

any suggestions?

how you make out in this? I am interested to see how the insurance company deals with the tinted tail lights before I tint mine.
