I took off the whole rear speaker panel but I cannot figure out how to unscrew the one screw to take out the speaker any advice would help a lot!

That screw comes out from the top. You'll have to fight to lift the rear package shelf cover to gain access to it.

Think it through. I haven't removed the cover on mine completely but did lift it enough to access the satellite antenna connection. I've read where one or two others have removed it and have said that you want to think about it and remove it once as it's a freakin' chore taking it out and putting it back in.

I’ve taken off the cover I just can’t get this screw out to replace my speaker

Can you see that screw head from the top? If so, use a screwdriver. If a normal one doesn't work, there are stubby types as well as bits that you can put into a ratchet.

Once the screw is out, the other end has tabs that have to slide out to release it and Bob's Your Uncle.

Pull seat back out, remove rear shelve cover. Speakers go in from the top.
