thanks for the reply Driven Daily...i dont know whats wrong with it...i took the timing cover off and was moving the gear by hand and when #1 is at TDC the crank gear is pointing to 5 O'clock and when the crank gear is pointing to 12 o'clock #3 is at TDC...i didnt move or take anything off but the timing gear and the manifolds and heads...there was a diagram i was looking at that said when #1 is at TDC it should be pointing at 5 o'clock but i forgot where i saw that...maybe it was for a different car
