This is my first post. I've been around a while, but just been reading stuff occasionally. I drive a 2001 Monte Carlo SS, but I helped my grandma pick out an 08 Malibu LT about a year ago. It's a really nice car. I've never been a real big fan of the rear view of the Malibu, and came up with this idea the other day. I guess you could say it has some influence from either the 00-05 Impala, or maybe even the new Camaro, but here it is. (Excuse my horrible MSPaint skills.)
I used a picture from KURLY, hope this is alright with you. But anyways, I made the top part of the taillights body color, and blacked out the center panel, and around the circular taillights. Then I added rear reflectors above the trim piece at the bottom of the bumper.
Just wanted to see what anyone thought of it. I know theres no way my grandma's doing this to her car, but maybe one day if I ever own a Malibu.
PS - any photoshop professionals, feel free to redo this better than me.
