New member from Maryland

Hey there. I'm just some college student. Here's my story:

I actually got my Malibu back in October 2009 after my Saturn SL2 was giving me some problems. The Malibu was previously used as a rental vehicle and had 51k miles. No accidents, no problems.

Some 9000 miles later, STILL no accidents or problems. It's not that luxurious, but who cares? I'm just some college student! The bare essentials are all I need to get my sister and myself to school every morning.

I thought I might as well join this forum, because I had a couple of questions about my ride concerning the fuel economy. According to the car's computer, I'm averaging 19 mpg. The fuel economy website gives estimates of 20 city/29 highway. I should be at least in the low to mid 20s since half my driving is on the highway, and I don't drive aggressively. But maybe I should talk about this in another section.
