I guess i should introduce myself in this post also. I too am new to this forum. I once was an import tuner fan back in my young days. I used to go to SEMA every year in Vegas. After seeing all the same cars roll in from the previous years it grew old...
But the models that they had at the shows, now that didn't got boring...
What made me change over to domestic was my 05 cobalt. At the time i was rolling in a 03 sentra se-r spec v. Had the car brand new. Within two years of owning the car i had gotten seven speeding tickets. I was at the point of losing my license. I decided to let the car go and jump into a slower car. Little did i know i could put aftermarket parts on this cobalt. Once i got the feel of my cobalt i was lovin' it. Especially when scion tc would roll up pass me on the freeways. I'd jump right up on there tails for a little bit as a tease, then i'd punch it and leave them behind.
Now i'm rollin' in my 09 BU. 2.4L, i know most members in here are rollin' in the V6 LTZ. I'm jealous cause you all took the LTZ off the lots which made me have to take an 1LT off the lot. Even the 2LT was gone.
J/K---- I couldn't afford anytime above 16k. Actually my credit union only gave me a check for 15,900 to purchase a used car. So i looked around and found my BU used at a dodge stealership. Told them i wanted the BU off there lot and that i was going to pay cash. Well here i am now. I'm lovin' my BU.
