No turn signals

Hey guys, I recently got my 2011 Malibu back from the shop as my power steering motor went out. The next day it rained and I noticed the wipers didn't work, then the next day the turn signals quit working on my way home. I found a blown fuse for the wipers so thats fine but still no turn signals. The brake lights work, the hazard lights work and I can turn the headlights on and off with the turn signal switch so I don't think it's that. From what I've read it might be the BCM but I also read that can only be programmed by a dealer. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I feel like this car has been in the shop every three months since I had it, I even replaced the entire engine a few years ago cause the timing chain broke.

Check the fuse box at the BCM to see if your technician blew that fuse. It's not one you might associate with the turn signals, though. Look for a 10A fuse labeled "Cluster/Theft".

If that doesn't help, check all of the fuses by pulling each one. Beware that you may end up resetting your radio memory.
Hey thanks for the reply, the wiper fuse was blown but I tested every fuse in that panel and they were all good. I also tested about half of the fuses under the hood but I didn't think the issue was under there. Do you know if the BCM went out would the hazard lights still work?

just to be clear, I did replace the wiper fuse too and that is working at least.
