I bought a used 2016 malibu Lt 1.5L and after coming home I just noticed that the obd reader says a p0301 code. If i drive the car for more than 150miles the check engine light comes on with a message service stabilitrack and the light goes off next day after 10miles of drive but the p0301 code doesn’t go. What might be the issue?

Tough way to start a used purchase. P0301 is misfire cyl 1. If it keeps coming on plug and coil need to be checked. Plugs can just be replaced. Coil can be moved to see if the misfire follows the coil to isolate coil. If neither fixes the issue, wiring should be tested and you need a compression test. If the engine light is flashing don't drive.
