Hello,
I have a 2014 Chevy Malibu 2LT. My Check Engine Light came on and my scanner is showing a P16CF. After a little research, it seems most people are replacing the Rocker Arm Oil Control Valve. I wanted a further diagnosis of the problem and had hopes maybe it was covered under the Special Coverage for the Rocker Arm Oil Control Valve.
Bringing it into the dealership, they found the same code, so they determined it wasn't part of the special coverage.
However, the tech's notes on my invoice said this:
Thank you for any help you can give.
