Anyone know where I can get some info, or has some info about how to install this part for my '16 Malibu LT, 1.5L ? Part # 23413527. It looks like a straight swap out with the existing part that's cracked, but still attached. Still, I'd like to know what I'm getting into before I get under there.

Top photo is the view that you see when it's installed, so it's installed label side up. The widest part on the left attaches to the underside of the front bumper assembly, driver's side.

I've replaced both splash guards. It takes about 10 minutes per side. No extras need to come off first. It is straight forward - you remove the bolts on the underside (7 if memory serves) and the fastener and bolt (1 or 2, can't recall) from the wheel liner. The fastener is one of the reusable types where the center pops out then the whole thing easily removes.
