Yes, you would need to buy one kit for the low beams and one for the highs. I recommend just purchasing them for the low beams though. Having high beam HIDs is a waste because they take too long to warm up and if you repeatedly flash them to signal for people to go, that will kill the ballast.

I have 5000k for lows and regular halogen bulbs for high beams, works out perfect.

I haven't heard of any new promo codes, but there is a rumor on their Facebook page that if they get 6,000 likes to their page (they are at 5,950) their will be a 60% off.

I think it is just a rumor though... 60% is a lot, more than I've ever seen them do. The best discount I've ever seen them give was a few days after Christmas last year they did 35% off.
