if it stays on constantly then you have a fault detected by the TPMS system. whether or not it is related to a loss of communication from the sensor to the RCDLR or if the tire pressure is low, i cant tell you without knowing if the DIC says service tire pressure monitoring system, or if it says low tire pressure.

either way, check all tires, make sure they are all set to what the door placard says, and then reset the TPMS. it will fix your problem and you wont have the message any longer. it will come on at start up as a systems check, which is normal. all modules do a self check, thats why you see all lights come on, this is called a WOW display.
