Not the fuse. Need a recall radio & LED SCREEN. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

My radio & led screen totally black not the fuse, its a 2016 Malibu. Need a recalled system. Where do I begin?

You had posted several discussions in many different areas. I removed some duplicates and merged a couple together here.
We need a bit more info to start. You have posted in the gen8 section which would be a 2016 Malibu Limited. Is this by chance a 2016 gen9 Malibu (examples below)? If it is, do you have the 8" MyLink or 7"?
