Alright so today I was an hour away from home with my girlfriend and we were driving into an Arby's parking lot and I ran over this curb hard as **** and blew both right side tires.
Luckily my girl has AAA so her room mate came and picked her up to go get her card haha and she came back and we called AAA and the wrecker came and he changed my tire and was loading it onto the wrecker and hit my front bumper, scarped it, and broke the very bottom plastic piece under the front brumper partially off.
I was real mad, then he said to me "I'll give you $10 to fix it, and I said no, they he gave me his cell # and said I'll come to your house and fix it and again I said no just give me your insurance info and we'll get it sorted out later because I had to go buy two new tires today aswell... So we switched info..
And during the time he was changing my back tire he asked my gf to sign a damage waiver and he handed it to her and she didn't have a pen so she didn't sign it and a few minutes later she asked for a pen and he said sign it later. Then while her and I were sitting in the dude's truck I saw the waiver and I told her to push it up under a book because I figured he would see it and ask her to sign it then even after he damaged my car. What would you have done?
I understand the guy is tryin to make a living and stuff but dang bro, you need to know what you're doing if you're in that line of work.
I'll post some pictures here in a few after she emails them to me..
