That is the stall on the converter. Only way to change that is to change the converter. Why do you want that to change anyway?

bc I Have the i4 and take off can be quite slow. So I tried to take off that way and wouldn't rev

Well there isn't anything you can do about that. It is not a "rev limiter" that can be reprogrammed. It is the stall of the torque converter.

SliverLTZ is right its the tq converter and it would be a few grand for a higher stall tq converter and another grand to install it. Not worth it unless you are putting down a lot of power and need it higher for launching at the track.

Oh damn, haha no i dont think 3 grand is worth just to be able to take off around the town faster.

see at first I thought the torque management in the PCM kept it lower than it needed to be.

but its just the dang low converter....
