So i like how when my foots on the brake and i have it floored it only revs till about 1700 rpms ! ! ! ! How do i get that to change?

SliverLTZ is right its the tq converter and it would be a few grand for a higher stall tq converter and another grand to install it. Not worth it unless you are putting down a lot of power and need it higher for launching at the track.
