Possibly rodents chewing on wires, or wires being chafed.

Check for good connection at the bulb/socket.

Check all connections/plugs from fuse box to headlight.

Check for power at headlight socket.
You think it’s any fuse I’ve possibly over looked or relay. I change 49 mini fuse and the 23 mini fuse that’s inside under the light switch.
Also the wires look good.

I think that now is a good time to ask what year you're driving.

The first thing you should check is the last thing on my list: is there power at the socket? If not, then the issue is in the vehicle's wiring or fuse/relay box. If there is, then the socket itself could be damaged or the light you're installing could be wired wrong or just plain defective.

Have you tested the bulb to be sure it works before installing it? If it's not an LED, have you cleaned the glass bulb with alcohol and then refrained from touching it when installing it?
Yeah it’s a 2014. The light went out randomly last night figured it was the bulb bought a new one(didn’t touch the glass) never came on, I’ll see if any power is coming to the socket in the morning.
Don't forget to check the ground side at the bulb. Bad grounds happen also.

By Look Good do you mean you found electrical continuity between the wiring from fuse and the socket connector. Visual inspection won't detect internal wire corrosion near where the wiring terminates at the socket, etc., Also, you need to test bulb-to-socket continuity.

Chevy Malibu's have terrible grounds. First step is to get a volt meter or test light, follow the power - do you have power on both sides of the fuse? follow it down to the light- is there power there? Is there corrosion in the connector? (Disconnect the battery and take a dremel tool to it to clean it up). Check the grounds carefully, they can be corroded and look like the wires are still intact (to fix them you'll need to cut off 1-2" of wire, and re-crimp and solder a new electrical connector). Good luck. Electrical issues are Abundant on these malibu's

Check and see if the pigtail thst thr bulb goes in is supplying any fire to the bulb, or look and see if it's corroded

Thanks for the input. The real culprit was a faulty ground wire. I diagnosed it by back probing with a T-Pin (Sewing needle), connected that to ground - the light came on.... then I followed the ground to the cross beam - they were all corroded 2 inches back into the wire harness... cut off the corroded piece, crimped and soldered a new electrical fitting, gave it a good clean ground on the cross member- then put some dielectric grease over top to seal out the air and moisture.. working good so far

Bingo, bad ground strikes again.

The grounds are the worst I've ever seen.
