My 04 has stock 15 inch rims/tires. I want to upgrade to 16's and I am fond of the 06-07 polished aluminum rims, question is will these rims fit my 04 and what would the tire size have to be to avoid clearance issues, thanks...

The stock tire size for the 16 inch rims on those year cars is 215/60R16 and yes they will fit. I don't know if where you live gets a lot of snow but the larger wheels and tires don't allow for chains to be used.
