I've had this noise since the vehicle was new. It is a constant "rubbing" noise, sounds like metal on metal. It has been looked at half a dozen times by different dealers and not one of them can figure it out. It is driving me crazy! Anyone else experience this? Was there a resolution? I'm asking a Malibu forum as it is the same underpingings as the Aura.

Have you brought your concerns about your sunroof and windshield noise to the agent that is handling the case that I set up for you last week? If you have not done so, feel free to talk with him/her about this.

Dealer had the vehicle a week, said they fixed up but upon picking it up, the noise is still there. Said they now have to get a GM engineer to look at it.

And yes CCS, the agent has this as part of the case you set up, thanks!

First, I listened to your video with the speakers full blast......and didn't "hear" anything except the driver breathing and maybe a hint of wind noise.

SOMEBODY needs to get a mechanics stethoscope and go for a ride; preferably someone with REALLY good hearing.

It's really evident at :47 and sorry, no breathing that I can hear. That constant "rattling" noise it what I'm referring too.
