Ok, I've got several issues with my car.

Headliner doesn't fit and is coming apart near front dome light pod.
Sunroof trim popping up and doesn't fit above driver's seat.
Rear plastic Bumper panels keep popping out.
Plastic in rear passenger areas popped up and don't allow rear passenger door to close.

Honestly this is my first GM car with this many ill fitting panels. I don't know how GM could have regressed this far! In every instance it seems there is no way to hold these pieces down. They are just supposed to fit flush without any clips or brackets. Problem is, with heat from sitting in the sun, they start to pop up! It's very frustrating now and it seems that I'm reattaching a new panel that has popped up daily.

Take it back, SBD1. It will get fixed. Rest assured your problems are not representitive of what we have experienced. The only problem I have is there is a plastic trim cover that goes around the sunvisor stem, at the point where it swivels, that won't lock in place.

Definitely sounds like a lemon. Have the dealer check all the interior panels in the car. Other than that, you just kinda have to hope nothing else goes wrong.

WOW - That is suprising considering that is all that plant makes....I would have bet on it being from Orion.

Any new or update on how the fixes are coming?

The body shop repaired the rear bumper panel issue. I haven't had a problem with it for months.

The dash has started to warp by the dash compartment lid. The rest of the panels seem to be staying put. I've got some weird powertrain clunks that are pretty intermittent but haven't taken it in for that yet because it's hard to reproduce.
