What factory Chevy rims will that are on one of their SS models like the Cobalt, HHR, Impala, etc. will fit the malibu?

I have a '05 and I switched my stocks for '05 Cobalt SS Rims and it fit perfectly. I dont think there is a change to lug pattern between the models you listed

Cobalt and HHR SS rims will fit the Malibu... pattern is the same (5x110)

i did the same thing.. took the rims off the 09 cobalt ss and put on my 05 malibu ls...

I know this is old, but FYI Impala SS's and Monte SS's have a 5x115 bolt pattern.

So I'm a liittle confused here..... I have a 99 malibu with what I thought was 5x115 (114.3) and now I'm seeing 5x110 being put on them or just that particular one. Is there a lug pattern difference in all malibus? I actually just bought a set of 2009 chevy equinox chrome 5-star wheels which are 18" 5x115. I hop I didn't waste my money on the wrong size. Would someone please clarify wheel specs for 97-03 please?

Discount tire and tirerack both shows the 99 Malibu to be 5x115. The bolt patter switched to 5x110 for the 2004 through 2012 Malibu. It is 5x120 for the 2013's

this is correct,

1997 - 2003 = 5x115 or 5x4.52
2004 - 2012 = 5x110 or 5x4.33

(in reference to the chevrolet malibu)

What is a good tire size to put on a 05 Malibu with some 18"x7" rims?? My tire guy wanted to sell me 235/40/18 but that sounds kind of bulky, I want the rims to look bigger than what they are and with enough rubber to drive like a youngster. Can I get some advice

40 means small sidewall so that will make the rims look bigger. If you want rubber bands get a smaller number, ie 35.
