Have a 2016 Chevy Malibu with 1.5 L turbo engine. When accelerating sometimes, the engine will lose some power and sort of shudder. The service stabiltrak light turns on during this as well as flashing the check engine light. After getting up to speed both lights shut off after about a minute. Code reader shoots 2 codes when I can get them to read. One is a cylinder 3 misfire (P0303) and the other is fuel trim too rich bank 1 sensor 2 (P2097). Also, shows about 100 cylinder 3 misfires but 0 on all cylinders. I have tried replacing all spark plugs, swapping ignition coils between 2 and 3 and still showing up cylinder 3 misfire abd recently replaced to post catalytic converter 02 sensor. Any other ideas? Also recently had entire transmission replaced due to separate issue. This showed up about 5k miles later. Not sure if correlated.

Need to perform a compression test on all 4 cylinders. That will determine their health. Lowest cylinder reading should be within 10% of the highest cylinder reading.
Do that so you know where #3 is at.
