it looks really great
do you think there someway to make this work for the malibu dashboard?
btw, just yesterday i test drove the cadillac CTS (i always wanted to get it) and i felt actually the dashboard leather, well yes its softer than the malibu dashboard, but i dont really think its genuine leather! its just softer, the entire surface feels JUST LIKE and looks just like the malibu dashboard!
and i bet one can stick a needle into the malibu dashboard

so it lead me to think of that insane idea
what do you think?
an please dont call me crazy coz its a doable thing, i just like to push things to the edge :)

what do u think??

ive been looking around on the web trying to find some sort of a mod or something which will do this
but i couldnt find none!

i think such a thing could be done manually with a a needle and the appropriate string
but
it
will
take
tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long
and sewing over 1.5 meters of any meterial in a very innconvenient place (ur car) will certainly NEVER lead you to a great results! lines might be waivy, innaccurate, and it will turn out ugly!

lol ive been lookin into some sort of a handheld sewing machine which will pierce through harder material such as the dashboard rubber, and should be applied vertically (holding it down onto the dashboard, but couldnt find much either
any thoughts for such a machine guys????
if we could get this
then i guess all we need to do next is to find out some sort of way to actually SEW in straight coherent lines!
you will NOT be able to sew over the meters (speed/RPM/etc..) as the material over that, well i dont think they will be easy pierced through them!

at least not for now :D

we can go around them

either way we will still get AMAZING results, and ya dont forget to use strings which will create some sort of colours contrast with the dashboard, coz we want thos to be noticed,

we need to locate the sewing machine now
