Even though the driving in the malibu LT2 feels pretty decent, I'm working on fabricating a strut bar for both the front and rear, i might make a DIY for it, for those with some fab/welding skills, but will most likely post pictures on here once completed.

Well, the rear one was easy to mock up, but with front its a bit more difficult with not much hood clearance... I'm trying to find a good diameter bar to use that works for front and rear, and doesn't rub with full throttle, not that we get much engine movement thanks to the lovely elec. throttle....

Once you get them made post up and you should def start selling them for a cheap price :) I would love to have these and also some better sway bars and lowering springs.

Our sway bars arent that bad, about an inch thick, but could always be beefier. malibus may stand to see improvement from arm bars or tie bars. I went with a manually adjustable coil set-up, and i keep it a little higher in the rear for a more aggressive stance.

Who makes a coil-over set up for new Malibus? Please post some pics of your car.

I produced my own coilover set-up for my g-6 and malibu... I have to get a CF card reader to upload pictures, which i plan on doing soon.

Fabricating your own coilovers is not too complicated, the fronts took a bit of work with the tie-rods, but with the right set of skills anything is possible...
