Those wire colors don't ring a bell. Are these wires at the back of a tweeter? By tweeters, what are you referring to, front speakers, side, or rear?

The only thing I can think of is, there may be some sort of a marking (dot or X) on the tweeter itself to denote the positive terminal.

I can't see the polarity making any difference at all on these tweeters which may be the reason the wire colors are not documented. It's not like the winding is grounded to the housing or anything. If you can hear the difference, you can always rewire it, I guess.
