The charge air cooler outlet tube connects to the throttle body which connects to the intake manifold. The charge air cooler outlet tube attaches with a U-shape spring loaded clamp.

I am not sure why they would need to be replaced together. I assume the throttle body is clogged beyond cleanable, malfunctioning electronically, etc and the tube has a crack or something. What has been happening with your car?

I am not sure either why they all need to be replaced they did not say they were cracked they just said that the clip was broken and was ruining the throttle body so the throttle body needed to be replaced and the hose.I am not going to go with the dealer I'm going to get it done by a shop. They did not say that the ghost was cracked

The little clip clamp breaking sure but I don't see how it could ruin the throttle body. It goes outside the charge air tube to lock it tight. This sounds pretty strange to me but I am not there with the car. What are they charging for throttle body and charge air tube replacement?

What the name of the connector for the intake hose shop says they need to replace both throttle body and hose. Does anyone know why?
Its the charge air tube (about $120 if bought online). The clip is pretty thick, and not that easy to break.

We had to replace ours as it blow off (over-pressure due to oil in the blow-off valve, thanks to the CAI). Nothing was wrong with the tube, except we lost the rubber o-ring seal inside it (would no longer fit tight on the throttle body (maybe why they want to replace both (easier to throw parts at it instead of a proper diagnosis, especially when its not your $$$.

The tube at the throttle body goes on easy (push down, slide clip on). you will need to change over the sensor (not hard). The bigger challenge is removing the tube at the intercooler. If I recall correctly, i had to remove the wheel well and under body plastic pieces.
