I have noticed that gear shift is not smooth only at low RPM (before 3000-3500).

Also after few miles (maybe transmission gets warm) change gear into Reverse also is not smooth (i feel it so hard and car gets shake). That does not happens at cold start, for example in morning.
What would be the reason?
Mounting or fluid?
I have changed fluid with drain, 4 quarts.

When doing a drain and fill, as long as you replace the same volume of fluid the level should be fine. The problem is if you aren't the original owner or someone else performed the service... then you can't be sure.

You will have to diagnose this. The problem could be a mount, fluid, or the transmission itself. I hesitate on the mount if this noise is only happening warm. The fluid level check procedure is cumbersome and complicated - I can like the procedure if needed. The mounts will need to be inspected. You can reproduce the problem and have someone shift between gears while watching and listening for noise.
