Hope I am posting in the right spot. I have 2009.
I've had the P0013 show up before. It's happened when my oil has gotten low and needed a change. Once I get the oil change it typically goes away. Put this time it showed up as a code and also permanent. To add I still need to get it changed. Past due a few days now.

And I have never encountered C0899 before. Someone said could be there because recently my battery had died. Not really sure to be honest.

My wife drives her car longer distances and it needed work so we prioritized her's being fixed first.

So again haven't been driving it as much but enough to know that it's acts and drives totally fine.

The C code is a low voltage code so yes it could be battery related. Basically clear it and see if it comes back. If it keeps coming back I would review the fretting corrosion sticky as a next step to clean module connectors.
The actuator solenoids are a common part to fail, change both intake and exhaust ones would be step one.
