I used to have a sps subscription on my old Cruze where I used it to update modules, radio etc and I have a J2534 tool to connect my car to the laptop.
I am planning to buy another subscription for my 2016 Malibu, and I want to update the radio to the latest version. My question is: Since my vehicle is a 2016, and it has the 7” displays older UI, if I updated it will I have the latest UI like the newer 2019+ chevys? Or will it just have bug fixes and latest calibrations with the same interface. I will buy one anyways just to update modules and fix possible issues and maybe add a second key but just curious if I’ll have the new UI change.
