Maybe... I cannot tell from the seat frame pictures if the fastening points between the mounting rails, which allow the seat to move fore/aft in the car, and the seat itself are bolted. They might be riveted. If they are fastened with screws then it would be a fairly easy job. If they are fastened together with rivets, you could grind the rivets out and then use some appropriate sized high tensile strength screws to attach the leather seats to the manual tracks. Or if you're willing to spend some money, take the car and the new seats to an automotive interior shop and they can transplant the leather seat upper onto the manual seat frame.
