Does anyone knows or has a link where you can just put in your VIN and get all info for that particular vehicle? Not having much luck with search

Thanks Compa, just what I was looking for. My sister just got a 06 Avalanche from an used car dealer, no fobs, trying to find some for her.

Interesting site, if I read it correctly. There were only 34 Bu's built with my options and it claims it is a very rare car. Too bad that really don't increase its value.... LOL

Well... that is interesting but I don't know how true their research on rarity is. According to them there are only 7 2009 Malibus matching my exact list.

Of course if you go through the list you see things like what plant the car was made in and what week it was made. If you unselect things like that the number starts growing and becomes more realistic.

So that means that 7 cars exactly like mine were made during that week at that particular plant... doesn't sound exceptionally rare.


If you go through the list and check the "realistic" options... Engine, transmission, color, interior (cloth/leather/etc), sunroof, wheels, yadda yadda... you can see how many vehicles of that year match yours.

If I go down to just Silver Moss, 3.6, 18" 5-spoke wheels and sunroof I get 577... I think that is still pretty rare considering there were over 100,000 produced.
