Yup....you can order it to lease it or buy it

But you only get whatever incentives are available whenever the car comes in (NOT at the time when you order it)

Though there probably won't be any incentives on the 2009's right away anyways

Nope...no clue

Just go to your local Chevy dealer & they should be able to tell you when you can order one & how long it would take and all that good stuff
