Can someone refer me to a good site or brand of HID's to buy. Ive heard there are a lot of crap ones out there and some good ones. Im looking for the whole headlamp. 2011 Malibu LT

Whole headlamp? I don't think there is such a critter for the Malibus.

What there ARE are bulb replacements.

That said - for the ballast and bulb kits, I like www.ddmtuning.com - it's what I have for high beams in both the Malibu and the Cougar.

Excuse me I wasn't aware that the bulbs are the only thing that are replaced. I thought the headlamps were also replaced, apparently not.

Well, for some years, they do have projector headlamps with HIDs.

As an example, seems like only one company makes the projector headlamps for the Gen5s, and a few of the eBay sellers put the HIDs in there. But only one manufacturer of the headlamp.

(And in my opinion they look like total poo - others seem to disagree. To each their own.)

So far my searching doesn't turn up such for a 2011. Latest I can find is 2007 (however, that doesn't mean they're not OUT there ... )
