Alright, When in the car with it in park running or not...switched on or off and you lock the doors using the inside door locks you can't unlock the doors using the driver side, but you can using the passenger side, however on the passenger side you can't lock the door only unlock it .The Key Fob works fine.

Look over the schematics. You'll see that both lock switches are identical. If one only locks and the other only unlocks then you have 2 defective switches.
